Explanation One account may have multiple Opportunities. i.e. for different products, there could be different Opportunities. One account may have multiple Contacts. i.e. one for Head of HR, another for sales manager, etc. One account may have multiple support cases. i.e. Customers can raise multiple cases for their queries.
